Alkaffary Group is seeking a motivated Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for showroom visitors, delivering product knowledge and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. You will present our product range, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities include greeting customers in a professional manner, providing detailed product information (features, benefits, and pricing), demonstrating product functionality, and addressing questions. You will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience, and strive to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective promotion of products and services. Additional duties include maintaining an attractive, clean showroom and coordinating with the sales team on promotions to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is a plus. Previous experience in retail sales or showroom environments is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a solid understanding of sales techniques are essential. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office is desirable. A positive, enthusiastic attitude toward sales and customer engagement and flexibility to work weekends and holidays are required.
