Legacy Restoration is seeking multiple entry-level Sales Representatives to join our team and help attract new customers for roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. This full-time position offers performance-based income with uncapped commissions; average earnings can exceed $100,000 per year. A vehicle stipend is provided, along with a robust benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance; HSA/FSA; PTO; life insurance; Employee Assistance Program; and a 401(k) with company match. Your day will involve canvassing neighborhoods around Apple Valley, engaging homeowners, assessing remodeling needs, and presenting suitable service options. You will conduct roof inspections to better understand each home's condition, explain our capabilities, and help customers book a service. You will track progress and adjust strategies to close more deals, working independently with strong time-management and problem-solving skills. Hours: Monday–Friday 10:00 am–7:00 pm; some Saturdays 9:00 am–2:00 pm depending on the season. Requirements: 18+ years old; valid driver's license and good driving record; ability to obtain a solicitation permit; physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders; willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.
