Legacy Restoration is hiring multiple entry-level Sales Representatives to join our team and help attract new customers for our roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. This full-time position offers performance-based earnings with potential to earn $100,000+ per year with uncapped commissions. Role: As an entry-level Sales Representative in Plymouth, MN, you will canvass different neighborhoods, engage with homeowners, assess remodeling needs, and promote our services. You will work independently with strong time-management and problem-solving skills, maintain professionalism, and aim to close sales. You will perform roof inspections, explain our services, and guide customers to book a service. You will track progress and adjust strategies to improve performance.

Hours: Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with potential Saturday hours seasonally (9:00 am to 2:00 pm).

Requirements

18+, valid driver?s license, good driving record, ability to obtain a solicitation permit, physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders, willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.
