Legacy Restoration is seeking multiple entry-level Sales Representatives to join our team in Waite Park, Minnesota. This full-time position offers uncapped commissions with average earnings of $100,000+ per year, along with a vehicle stipend and comprehensive benefits as you promote our residential roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. Your day will involve canvassing neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners, learning their remodeling needs, and performing roof inspections to assess the situation. You will work independently, manage your time effectively, and guide customers through our services to book a project. As you close deals, you will track progress and adjust strategies to maximize sales. Hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–7:00 pm, with potential Saturdays from 9:00 am–2:00 pm depending on the season. Requirements: 18+, valid driver's license, good driving record, ability to obtain a solicitation permit, physical ability to walk and climb ladders, willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.
