Legacy Restoration is seeking a full-time Sales Representative in Lenexa, Kansas. We are hiring multiple entry-level representatives to attract new customers and promote our roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. This role offers performance-based earnings with potential for significant income growth, including average earnings of $100,000+ per year with uncapped commissions. A vehicle stipend and logo gear are provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, PTO, employee assistance program, growth opportunities, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. Responsibilities include canvassing neighborhoods to engage potential customers, working independently, assessing remodeling needs, performing roof inspections, explaining our services, and helping customers book services. You will track progress and adjust strategies to close more deals. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–7:00 pm, with possible Saturday shifts (9:00 am–2:00 pm) depending on the season. Requirements include being 18+ years old, a valid driver's license and clean driving record, ability to obtain a solicitation permit, physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders, and willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.
