UFC Gym is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Membership Specialist team under the supervision of the General Manager. The Sales Manager is accountable for driving membership sales, supporting private coaching attachments, and achieving associated revenue targets. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies to meet lead, appointment, and guest goals; guiding team members to hit conversion rates and upsell targets; and modeling superior guest service during gym visits.

Weekend management and planning: develop and execute weekend plans to meet financial, expense, and operating objectives; coordinate with the General Manager and Membership Specialists to set priorities, revenue goals, and labor targets; schedule staff within budget.

Guest experience and team development: foster a safe, engaging gym culture; solicit and act on member feedback; coach staff to deliver high member satisfaction; ensure prompt resolution of member concerns, especially on weekends; monitor gym appearance and safety.

Staffing and development: participate in Membership Specialist recruitment; train the team to generate leads and new business through promotions, referrals, events, and campaigns; conduct weekly meetings to review performance and provide direction.

Organizational relationships: reports to the General Manager; dotted line to VPs of Sales, Operations, and Fitness.

Qualifications: 1-2 years management experience supervising 3-10 employees; 1-2 years sales experience; high school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred; physical ability to lift 50-120 lbs; strong or
