Ventrata is an enterprise ticketing platform for high-volume attractions, museums, tours, and activities, now expanding into the Resort & Integrated Property vertical. As a Sales Manager, you will shape how resorts package, sell, and manage guest stays—connecting the 'fun' to the 'folio.' This remote role is based in North America and entails travel to prospective client sites and conferences. You should be based in the continental United States or Canada and be able to work during the target region's office hours. The role requires a proven revenue-generating track record in travel-tech or ticketing, with direct experience in the resort and leisure sector, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales in your assigned territory. Key responsibilities include delivering net-new business, hitting growth targets, and guiding the sales process from prospecting to closure, while building strong, long-term client relationships. You will collaborate with marketing, technical resources, and sales operations to align strategy, and you will analyze regional market trends to drive growth. Fluent English is required (native preferred, minimum C1); Spanish is a plus. The position offers a fixed salary plus OTE earnings and unlimited paid holiday, with a remote-friendly culture and opportunities to meet the team across Brno and Lisbon, as well as occasional international travel.
