About the role

ICAPE Group is seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Engineer to strengthen our international sales team. The successful candidate will contribute to developing ICAPE Group's business across France, the United Kingdom, or Sweden, promoting and delivering custom electro-mechanical solutions to key players in the electronics industry. This is a full-time remote position with travel across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Your profile:

Prospect and develop new customers, focusing on OEMs, EMS companies, and design offices
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers in a long sales cycle
Travel to customers and prospects across the territory (approximately 50% travel)
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions
Monitor project progress from quotation to order delivery
Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams (Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, Supply Chain)
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales objectives
Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities and opportunities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales, Engineering or related technical field
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within electronics, PCB or industrial manufacturing
Strong interest in technical products and industrial solutions
Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
French or Swedish is an advantage depending on location
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
