This role focuses on sales controlling and pricing, supporting planning, deployment, tracking, and reporting of sales KPIs; coordinating worldwide teams with Current Forecast Planning, Target Business Plan and year-end close activities; conducting complex data analyses and deviations analyses; ensuring data quality through plausibility checks; preparing data for various business reports that provide insight into key metrics; optimizing processes within the responsibilities; defining and evaluating new business requirements; engaging in regular exchanges with stakeholders; representing the division to the Bosch Mobility Central department and other divisions; training associates within and beyond the division on process and tool updates; and supporting the coordination of tool testing and roll-outs. Qualifications: University degree or Master’s; at least 3 years of experience in controlling, sales reporting or related roles. Nice to have business know-how in marketing, sales planning and controlling or logistics; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with Macros and VBA; experience building Power BI dashboards; strong analytical mindset.
