Join the Tire Discounters family in Williamsburg, Kentucky as a Sales Associate. This is an on-site position at our Williamsburg location. In this high-impact, fast-paced role, you are responsible for growing sales for your store through relationships while achieving superior levels of customer satisfaction. What you'll do: Evaluate customer needs and recommend products and services accordingly. Drive sales growth for the store location, including making daily customer calls to increase sales opportunities. Coordinate each customer's work order through to completion, fully and accurately following company policy, programs and procedures. Provide outstanding customer service to every customer. Take accountability for the presentation of the property, including inside and outside the store. Promote a culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members. Assist in the shop as necessary. Qualifications: Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus). Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays. Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the USA (18+). Compensation & Perks: Pay: $35,000 - $55,000+ annually (includes monthly spiff and store bonus). Paid weekly.
