Description: My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead and develop a store team. The successful candidate will coach Retail Sales Associates to deliver best-in-class customer service and to build a loyal client base, with a focus on exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management to ensure outstanding customer experience, strong sales results, and compliant store operations. Additional duties include: achieving location goals by developing team members to meet KPIs; maintaining staffing through recruiting and retention; building a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices; coordinating with AT&T Signature to host community events; maintaining a clean, safe store environment through inventory checks and merchandising; enforcing operational policies; staying current with industry knowledge through workshops and professional publications and networking.
