About the role

This role partners with regional vice presidents, account executives, and client success managers to ensure customer retention, renewals, and favorable term lengths, while managing negotiations and forecasting using Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

Align with Verint's 4.0 strategy by developing a deep knowledge of the product suite and guiding renewal discussions with customers.
Identify renewals and manage the book of business in line with a 9-month/6-month renewal strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales organization to execute renewal strategy and serve as a trusted member of the account team.
Lead renewal negotiations to drive outcomes aligned with Verint objectives.
Track and forecast the book of business using Salesforce as the forecasting tool.
Assist customers with any product discrepancies, including license reconciliations and audits.
Track non-renewals including reasons for cancellation and develop strategies to mitigate renewal risk at other customers.
Own accountability for support and technical issues for customers.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years’ experience in software renewal services or equivalent
3+ years’ experience in sales and negotiation
Working knowledge of Oracle or ERP software products
Proficiency with MS Office tools and CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce)
Excellent written and verbal communication with interna
