Shell’s Products Trading business is transforming its Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) ecosystem by implementing market-leading solutions and processes across the Life of a Deal. As the Regulatory Reporting Product Owner, you will lead the Regulatory Reporting product within the Chloe programme, delivering capabilities to meet regulatory reporting obligations across EMIR, REMIT and MAS. You will shape design and drive delivery to create value across the business, including commercial opportunities, operational excellence, analytics, and governance. You will ensure the Regulatory Reporting, Regulatory Compliance, and other teams provide clear requirements to project teams implementing the refreshed ETRM estate and establish robust migration plans. You will serve as the main interface between the Regulatory Reporting team, the Chloe programme, and other Chloe Product Owners (e.g., Front Office, Risk, Confirmations and Settlements). You will identify opportunities to embed best practices, redesign processes, and accelerate digitalisation and automation to improve information flow and reduce manual activity. You will promote continuous improvement, challenging established processes and streamlining operations and interfaces across local and global teams. The role requires attendance in the London office at least three days per week.
