The RSL will be based in the Southwest region with coverage including Phoenix, San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino, and Las Vegas. The role will lead a team of six Account Executives and collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, Government Affairs, and internal teams to exceed regional sales goals and improve patient access.

Qualifications:

Maintain a high level of patient focus by understanding the rare disease patient journey and barriers to access.
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of progressive Biopharma Sales experience
8+ years in Biopharma field management (RSM/DSM), including 5+ years in a competitive spec
