Roche is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager – Compliance at the Basel site to ensure GMP compliance and continuous improvement of Roche Pharma's pharmaceutical quality systems. This on-site role will drive regulatory alignment and support a robust global compliance program.

The Position As QA Manager – Compliance, you will be a central link in the quality team with a strong focus on ensuring compliance. Your main responsibilities include: - Inspection management: lead and accompany audits and inspections by health authorities and act as a key single point of contact for the Inspection Management Team. - Technical writing: create, review, and approve complex technical documents (e.g., SOPs and reports) to reinforce global compliance standards at the site. - Regulatory implementation: interpret local and international GMP regulations and embed them into daily operations. - Collaboration and coaching: serve as a central compliance coach for various units, participate in huddles, and foster constructive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. - Process optimization & AI: maintain the Inspection Readiness Dashboard, proactively assess risks, and apply AI to rethink processes and drive innovations. - International networking: act as a liaison to other sites to share findings and best practices and support a consistent global compliance strategy. - Change management: actively support handling of mandatory changes (e.g., Swissmedic notifications) to maintain ongoing regulatory compliance.
