The initial focus will be on coordinating Workday implementation workstreams, with opportunities to expand into broader operations, strategy, and acquisition-related project management as priorities develop.

Responsibilities include: - Maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and action-item trackers for Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Integrations; - Coordinating cross-functional meetings, documenting decisions, and driving follow-through with workstream leads, internal stakeholders, and vendor partners; - Developing and maintaining project status reports, risk and issue logs, decision trackers, and readiness updates for leadership and steering committees; - Monitoring project scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; escalating concerns as needed; - Coordinating vendor deliverables, contract milestones, implementation activities, and key deadlines; - Supporting end-to-end testing (including user acceptance testing) and change management; - Maintaining project documentation and organizing project infrastructure (trackers, meeting documentation, collaboration tools, resources).
