Linesight is seeking a Project Manager II – Integration to join our global project and cost management consultancy. This on-site role is based in Gävle, Sweden.

As a Project Manager Integration, you will lead on-site project delivery for large-scale construction assignments, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. You will monitor day-to-day field activities, manage the flow of information, and report on progress, quality, and safety issues.

Key responsibilities - Lead on-site management of large-scale construction projects, coordinating with client, consultant, and contractor teams on all snagging activities, schedules, and partner engagement. - Ensure documentation is completed and handover milestones are met on time and to the required quality. - Be a visible on-site leader, assess progress, and enforce safe work practices. - Proactively identify issues and work with the team to resolve them. - Implement and monitor project processes, and collaborate with the client to drive improvements. - Lead and participate in key meetings to monitor progress and communicate impacts to partners. - Review proposed variations and delays and manage their impacts.

Qualifications - Project management experience - Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline - Project Management Professional certification or be pursuing one (we can help) - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, friendly team environment -
