You will own the end-to-end onboarding of enterprise customers, guiding their technical and business teams through implementation and integration from kickoff to go-live. This is not self-service onboarding; you will lead multi-stakeholder projects for large organizations, coordinating with customer and internal teams, translating requirements into a clear delivery plan, and keeping 8–12 week engagements on track. You will also run internal projects to scale onboarding across the customer base. Responsibilities include turning customer requirements into a project plan with scope, milestones, and timelines; actively managing risk and dependencies; acting as the single point of coordination; and building reusable templates and processes. You will support security and compliance documentation as needed.
