This role will work directly with subcontractors, equipment vendors, customers and internal staff to support day-to-day operations and deliver energy savings projects in a timely and safe manner. Projects include boilers, chillers, air handling units and some electrical power upgrades. The position involves managing project intake, coordinating with contractors on project pipelines, overseeing projects from initial engagement through final payment, reviewing pre- and post-inspections, assembling bid packages, assisting with contractor and equipment vendor selection or bidding, and preparing comparative bid analyses.
