Responsibilities: maintain a large client base and serve as the liaison between management and customers to resolve issues; grow client base revenues by presenting new test information, up-selling, and identifying new sources of revenue from existing clients; establish positive long-term client relationships; educate and train clients, research problems, and coordinate solutions between the laboratory and clients; collaborate with the Senior Sales Executive and Regional Manager to identify client concerns and assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies; monitor, evaluate, and report client satisfaction and recommend corrective actions as required; maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence in the assigned territory.
