About the Role You will lead a global payroll and HR transformation for an international robotics organization, driving payroll system implementations across multiple countries and shaping future-state processes across Payroll, Employee Lifecycle, and Time & Attendance. This is a strategic role that stays close to execution. You will collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, payroll vendors, and local business teams to move the program from discovery through go-live, stabilization, and handover to operations. Stakeholder management is central, and you will align priorities, decisions, and delivery across a complex international setup.
