Own the operational management and day-to-day optimization of Text-Ads campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Independently plan, build, monitor, and optimize different campaign types within Search; continuously refine bidding strategies and account structure within established frameworks.
Create regular analyses and reports based on relevant KPIs and translate findings into actionable recommendations for campaign steering.
Monitor campaign performance and proactively steer toward defined goals.

Shape and refine processes around bidding strategies, automation, and campaign testing.
Run structured A/B tests to validate new approaches and identify incremental performance gains.
Take ownership of projects from concept to execution within the Text-Ads domain.
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
At least 3 years of professional SEA/PPC experience, including work with large keyword sets and performance-driven campaign management.
Proficiency with SEA tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Advertising.
