The Project Manager will serve as the client-facing lead, translating project plans into action and guiding cross-functional teams to meet timelines and budgets, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include end-to-end project management from conception through close-out, risk management, scope and cost control, progress reporting, data coordination, inventory and shipping procedures, and ensuring compliance with design standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. The role also involves mentoring junior Project Managers and contributing to process improvements to increase efficiency. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field, PM experience in Central Laboratories for CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings, excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office 365, strong presentation and interpersonal abilities, fluency in English, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (roughly 10–25% travel) with occasional extended hours as needed.
