Robert Quinn Ltd is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Operations team. The Project Manager will be jointly responsible for the success of assigned projects, overseeing resource allocation to ensure safe, timely, and quality delivery while protecting profit margins. This role acts as the primary point of contact with the Owner, subcontractors, suppliers, and other company personnel, and aims to maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities include enforcing contracts, acquiring permits, bonds, and insurance, managing RFIs and submittals, monitoring subcontractor performance, maintaining field records, and ensuring proper project closeout. The Project Manager will lead vendor buyouts, develop new business opportunities, and collaborate with the Superintendent to develop schedules that meet customer needs and contractual terms. The role also oversees financials with monthly forecasting, ensures safety and quality standards in all subcontractor work, and provides leadership to subordinates.
