We are expanding our operations in Spain and recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join our Madrid team. Responsibilities include leading the project team and coordinating all activities to deliver client objectives and project standards. You will develop the project development strategy in coordination with the Client and the Project Director, establish procedures required for successful delivery, act as the primary contact for the client, and maintain ongoing communication regarding progress and key developments. You will establish and manage communications with clients, contractors and other stakeholders, ensure compliance with the Quality Management System throughout the project lifecycle, and define and monitor the project cost plan and schedule. You will define and implement governance and meeting strategies, maintain the project risk register, support procurement and contracting strategies, manage document management and filing, and issue Monthly Project Status Reports. You will coordinate with the project team to gather information for the final evaluation and performance assessment of contractors. Qualifications include a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines; approximately 10 years of professional experience including at least 5 years as a Project Manager in construction, office, logistics/industrial, or similar projects.
