Join DoiT as a Project Manager in our Customer Experience team. This remote role can be based on the East Coast of the United States, in the United Kingdom, or in Ireland. You will support the company-wide Project Management Office by turning strategic goals into structured, actionable projects and by guiding cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. Responsibilities include defining project scopes, objectives, and timelines with key stakeholders; maintaining clear documentation and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle; identifying and implementing operational improvements; overseeing multiple teams to ensure goals and outcomes are delivered; collaborating with internal sponsors and cross-functional teams to align resource needs and project plans; managing programs and project teams to drive ROI and coordinating cross-project initiatives; identifying requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors; managing scope, timelines, and budgets where applicable; proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues; producing clear reporting on project status, outcomes, and lessons learned; and fostering collaboration and accountability across global teams.
