We’re looking for a Project Management Team Lead to lead and develop the Nordic Project Management function, delivering successful customer implementations, strategic projects and transformation initiatives across the Nordics. You will lead, coach and develop a team of Project Managers while remaining actively involved in complex delivery challenges, governance, escalations and strategic delivery initiatives. This role blends leadership with hands-on delivery to shape how Professional Services delivers customer value in a growing international SaaS organisation. You will work with senior leaders, strategic customers and cross‑functional teams to drive operational excellence, improve delivery performance and strengthen customer outcomes. Responsibilities include overseeing complex customer implementations, governance, forecasting and resource planning; acting as a senior escalation point; ensuring alignment between delivery and commercial goals; driving AI, automation, and data‑driven decision making; and building delivery capability and best practices across the Nordic Professional Services team. Requirements: typically 5+ years in Project Management or related fields, prior people leadership, experience managing escalations and delivering successful projects, strong commercial awareness, and ability to influence without direct authority.
