Movember is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Prostate Cancer Health Equity and Personalized Cancer Care programs from an operational perspective. You will own the end-to-end program management lifecycle across a portfolio of grant-funded projects, coordinating cross-market activities, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder engagement, reporting to the Director of Prostate Cancer Health Equity and Personalized Cancer Care. Your day-to-day will include managing project plans, milestones, and tracking tools; maintaining partner and stakeholder contact systems; coordinating cross-market learning; and incorporating input from subject matter experts and patient lived experience into planning and delivery. You will oversee grant programs from discovery and proposals through contracting, implementation, and evaluation; produce progress reports; develop communications and program assets with Marketing/Communications; and contribute to knowledge translation materials such as presentations and project documents. Budget and contract oversight will be a core part of the role, including fiscal year planning, tracking invoices, supporting contract/grant execution with Legal and Finance, and producing annual program report cards across active grants.
