Program Manager will partner with management to oversee the planning, implementation, and performance of Hired’s Hennepin County MFIP program and program staff. The Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) helps families with children meet their basic needs while assisting caregivers in moving toward financial stability through education and work. This position will supervise staff at Hired’s North Loop and Bloomington locations and will require some travel around the Twin Cities. Minimum qualifications include a college degree in Human Services, Social Work, Education, or a related field, plus at least three years of case management or supervisory experience; the ability to lead diverse teams; strong written and verbal communication skills; and proficiency with standard office software. A valid driver’s license and reliable means to travel for work are required. Responsibilities include managing daily program operations, establishing and pursuing short- and long-range goals, ensuring activities meet objectives, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting to the associate program director or program director. The role may involve supervising staff, assisting with recruitment, budgeting, and securing additional funding.
