Infilla is seeking a Product Manager, Mobile to lead Inspections and Code Enforcement mobile products from concept to live launch, enabling a modern permitting platform for jurisdictions. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Downtown San Francisco (3 days per week in the office; exceptional remote US candidates will be considered). You will join as the 3rd PM and report to the CEO/Founder. Responsibilities include delivering the Inspections product within 3 months and the Code Enforcement product within 5 months. You should have shipped a 0-to-1 B2B mobile product and experience as a founding or early PM at a seed or Series A company, plus a track record of shipping AI features relied upon by users. Core strengths include product judgment, ownership with urgency, stakeholder management, systems thinking, and clear written communication. Nice-to-have experience with government or slow-moving enterprise customers. The role offers meaningful equity, healthcare/vision/dental, 401K, and 26 days PTO including federal holidays; salary is $140K to $200K depending on experience. Visa sponsorship is not available. We aim to hire within 1.5-2 weeks via a multi-stage interview process.
