AXON Networks is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager (Agile Delivery) to define and manage the product vision, backlog, and execution of strategic initiatives for mobile connectivity solutions. This Madrid-based role requires close collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and customers, prioritization of features, and delivery of projects on time and within scope. The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team, partner with the Head of Product Management to align with strategic initiatives, and drive value for both customers and the business. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the product roadmap, conducting design reviews and product testing, establishing timelines and deliverables, identifying risks, and communicating status to stakeholders. You will define and track KPIs, promote continuous improvement in product and project management processes, and support a fast-paced, iterative development environment using Scrum. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of product ownership, product management, or project management experience, with preference for experience working with ISPs, device manufacturers, and mobile connectivity solutions. Proficiency with Scrum tools such as Jira and a solid understanding of software development processes and UX principles are desirable.
