What you'll deliver - Instrument and baseline success metrics for Forum and Calculator, including search quality, and set targets - Make Forum a tool staff use on most working days by ensuring the search meets needs - Make core products configurable so a new jurisdiction can go live without an engineer writing code

What you're great at - Product judgment: ruthlessly prioritize, conduct field research, use product analytics - Ownership with urgency: take features from spec to trained users, including training, migration, adoption - Collaboration: work with design and engineering, navigate conflicting requests to reach the need - Systems thinking: design for unonboarded customers; differentiate core product vs configuration - Written communication: clear specs and decisions; front-load recommendations - AI fluency: use AI daily to prototype, draft specs, synthesize research; know where AI belongs

What you've done before - Owned a complex B2B web product as an IC PM - Founding or early PM at a seed or Series A company - Owned search or content retrieval as core product - Shipped AI features users rely on
