Our Data Science & AI vertical defines and implements the Group’s AI vision, scaling ML, GenAI and agentic AI to maximize the business impact across customer experiences, hotel operations and internal teams. As a Principal AI Data Scientist reporting to the SVP of Data Science & AI, you will drive the design, development and deployment of machine learning, generative AI and agentic AI solutions, including LLM-based platforms. You will lead end-to-end AI initiatives—from problem framing and model selection to experimentation, deployment and continuous improvement—and define and oversee Accor’s AI architecture to ensure scalability, flexibility and alignment with emerging technologies and industry best practices. You will establish and promote best practices in prompt engineering, MLOps and technical documentation, and collaborate with Data, Platform and Product teams to industrialize AI solutions that are reliable, scalable, performant and effectively monitored. You will mentor and support the broader Data & Engineering community on AI architectures and software engineering practices, and lead technology watch activities and POC initiatives to evaluate new models, tools and frameworks.
