You will provide world-class support to Polish-speaking users of Fitbit devices and the wellness ecosystem, troubleshoot technical issues related to fitness tracking, heart rate monitoring, and application synchronization, and educate customers on maximizing their wellness journey using Fitbit features and data insights. You will act as a brand ambassador for Fitbit, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex hardware inquiries and documenting user interactions to help improve product performance. A valid EU passport is mandatory. Proficiency in Polish (native or fluent, spoken and written) and English is required for corporate training and documentation purposes.
