You will assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees, maintain clear communication with customers and staff, monitor sales goals and inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient store operations including cash handling and shrink control. You will lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and support timely deliveries for commercial accounts. You will promote safety and compliance with PPE and company standards, and collaborate with commercial and hub departments to meet customer needs. Qualifications include strong leadership, flexibility in scheduling (including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime). Preferred qualifications include exceptional communication in English and Spanish, automotive retail experience, and ASE Certification.
