You will assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff; communicate clearly with customers and employees; and monitor sales, inventory accuracy, and performance standards. You will manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and uphold safety and compliance. You will collaborate with store staff and the commercial department to support timely deliveries and customer needs. You will lead parts sales and inventory management to exceed targets, optimize inventory levels, and oversee returns processing and merchandising.
