We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to run pre-set, qualified homeowner appointments, educate customers on our products, and close projects in-home. This is a 100% commission-based W-2 role with uncapped earnings and monthly bonuses. On-target earnings range from $150K to $320K+ annually. The package includes a $4,000 sign-on bonus, four weeks of paid training, full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)), a monthly car allowance, cell phone allowance, and a company-provided iPad. Responsibilities: conduct in-home design consultations, provide same-day estimates, and work with the Sales Manager for coaching and skill development.
