Quadient is seeking a Marketing Analytics Engineer to turn complex data into reliable insights. Based in Madrid, Spain, this role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics and marketing, building models and pipelines that help the Marketing team understand performance, customer journeys and the impact of investments. You will design and build scalable marketing data models, including multi-touch attribution, digital and offline touchpoints, account-based marketing, funnel analytics and marketing impact, and manage DBT projects from staging through to trusted data marts. You will build and optimize data pipelines with a focus on performance, scalability and cost efficiency. Partner with Marketing and Operations to translate business questions into meaningful metrics, KPIs and reporting solutions, and help create a consistent view of marketing performance across complex B2B journeys. Maintain data quality, testing, documentation, lineage and governance; collaborate with IT and Martech to ensure our analytics ecosystem follows security, compliance and engineering best practices. Qualifications: 3–5 years in Analytics Engineering or a similar role; strong hands-on DBT experience (data modelling, testing, documentation, lineage, Git-based workflows); experience with modern cloud data warehouses (Google BigQuery preferred) and strong SQL; solid understanding of facts, dimensions, star/snowflake schemas and metrics layers; experience with marketing data, including tracking, advertising platforms, attribution and campaign performance; experience designing Multi-Touch
