Lead Software Engineer (Quant Developer) at J.P. Morgan, within the Commercial & Investment Bank's Electronic Trading Data Analytics team, will be an integral part of an agile, global group building trusted, market-leading technology products in a secure, scalable way. Based on-site in Chalandri, Attica, Greece, you will work on greenfield projects that analyze large volumes of market data generated by the firm’s trading engines and help shape the next generation of analytics applications in the Equities division. As a core technical contributor, you will drive multi-disciplinary solutions across the software development life cycle and foster a culture of learning, growth, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing creative software solutions, developing secure, production-grade code, building core systems using KDB+/Q and Python, mentoring junior engineers, and partnering with Product to translate business requirements into scalable designs. You will advocate for enterprise-wide SDLC practices, contribute to AI-assisted development and automated testing, and promote code quality, reliability, and speed.
