Netcompany is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to own the end-to-end delivery of GenAI, large language models (LLMs), and machine learning solutions for enterprise clients across public and private sectors. This client-facing leadership role acts as the primary AI and ML advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes while building and leading a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers. You will design and implement advanced GenAI and ML pipelines, mentor engineers, manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships, and shape AI adoption roadmaps. Responsibilities include delivering scalable, reusable, extensible AI solutions; collaborating with MLOps and DevOps to tailor architectures to client requirements; leading workshops and presentations for C-level audiences; and executing GenAI/LLM/ML strategy across the region.
