Draxton is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in Spain. In this role you will execute the commercial strategy across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, ensuring optimal capacity utilization and sustainable growth by managing key customer accounts and leveraging global synergies across the organization. You will lead commercial activities including RFQs, RFIs, contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and management of commercial agreements, while identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and maintaining a strong project pipeline. You will coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, Purchasing, Quality, and other departments to ensure successful project execution and excellent customer support. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field; 5–10 years of experience in the automotive industry in Sales, Operations, or Purchasing with mandatory experience in the foundry sector; strong knowledge of the automotive and commercial vehicle industries; experience in negotiations, key account management, and customer relationship development; professional business-level English and German; an established network and portfolio of German customers; knowledge of APQP, quality systems, financial analysis, CRM tools, ERP systems (Oracle or similar), and Microsoft Office.
