This role supports the Accounts Payable function in an international environment and involves hands-on SAP work, documentation processing, and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities: - Process supplier invoices in SAP, reconcile balances, and resolve discrepancies in line with AP standards. - Ensure timely and accurate payments by managing payment schedules and supplier settlements. - Support month-end close and prepare inter-period reconciliations and AP reports. - Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and applicable regulations. - Identify areas for process improvements, automate tasks where possible, and minimize daily errors. What we look for: - Good knowledge of English, Italian, or Portuguese. - Basic accounting knowledge or experience working with financial documents. - Analytical thinking and attention to detail. - Willingness to learn and work with systems (SAP is a plus but not required). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Team player with good time management.
