Paul Davis is seeking a Job Cost Accountant to manage all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software and to support the franchise’s daily operations when the owner is unavailable. The role involves maintaining all accounting, computer and financial records in coordination with a CPA, and building strong working relationships with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents, and fellow team members. Responsibilities include managing job costing, entering timesheets, and processing payroll, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines. The ideal candidate will have proficiency with QuickBooks, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
