We are currently seeking a motivated Italian-speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist to join our on-site team in Athens, Greece. In this role within the Fitness & Wellness space, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking Fitbit users, assisting them with wearable technology, health tracking features, and the Fitbit app across iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and live chat; guiding customers through setting up, syncing, and troubleshooting Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app; providing clear guidance on health and wellness features such as heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, step counting, and activity goal management; educating customers on maximizing device benefits; logging all interactions in the CRM, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records; escalating complex technical issues to internal teams and ensuring timely follow-up; staying informed on the latest Fitbit product updates and firmware releases to provide accurate support; and consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs such as customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates.
