We are looking for an IT Project Manager Infrastructure to apply your analytical and organizational skills to oversee IT projects for our clients from start to finish. You will manage a portfolio of short-term IT infrastructure projects while also handling long-term client relationships. You will work within our Managed IT Solutions team, coordinating with technical staff and representing the company to clients.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison between stakeholders, representing Easi to the client and the client within Easi.
Participate in presales meetings with Sales Engineers.
Understand the client's environment to identify improvements.
Lead project development and execution: plan, brief the team, manage System Engineers' schedules, adjust plans as needed, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Depending on experience, take on budget management.
Manage a portfolio of clients long-term, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining relationships.
Occasionally assist System Engineers in the field for urgent interventions.
Familiarity with backups (Veeam), storage (Dell), Active Directory, virtualization (VMware), Microsoft Server, LAN/WAN, Firewalls, O365, F5 BIG-IP.

Requirements

Bachelor or Master in IT or management.
Very good native-level Dutch.
Ability to work with technically qualified people.
Structured, organized, proactive.
Ability to clarify, anticipate, and collaborate.
High adaptability; able to move between tasks smoothly.
Willingness to travel
