Inside Sales Specialist (Bilingual) Cameron Ashley Building Products is a wholesale distributor of roofing, insulation, gypsum, siding, and other specialty building products with a network of distribution centers across the United States. Position summary: The Inside Sales Specialist drives sales growth within a defined geography by leveraging product knowledge to promote the company’s value. The role targets existing and new customers, conducts outbound calls, processes orders and quotes, and supports various customer-facing activities. Essential functions: - Proactively engage with new and existing customers to build relationships and grow sales. - Hunt for new business, including cold calls; sell our Core 4 product categories: Insulation, Roofing, Gypsum (Drywall), and Siding. - Develop and execute growth strategies to manage customer accounts and increase market share. - Use market knowledge to represent Cameron Ashley’s products and services; negotiate to win business. - Serve as a key contact for sales quoting, order management, and order confirmations. - Educate customers on market trends and act as a trusted advisor. - Collaborate with the sales team to grow market share in combined territories. - Prepare and submit weekly sales reports. - Other duties as assigned.
