Promoters work at local retailers such as Home Depot, Sam's Club, or events to engage customers and generate interest in our home improvement products. Responsibilities include engaging shoppers with a trained script to provide information, scheduling customer appointments with the Call Center, using provided tools accurately, maintaining energy and professionalism during shifts, and meeting or exceeding hourly appointment targets.
