You will represent Bosch’s HVAC portfolio in the assigned market, promoting residential and commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to HVAC contractors, with a focus on recruiting new York Factory Direct dealers. You will develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet and grow market share within the York Factory Direct distribution channel. Leadership coaching is provided, and sales leaders will onboard you with programs, product and company information to help you succeed. Responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of our residential and commercial product offerings, supporting internal and external customers with technical and commercial issues, quoting for light commercial HVAC equipment, offering energy-saving and cost-effective solutions, proactive calls to drive sales and margins, order entry and shipment tracking, post-sale support, and facilitating product returns and warranty processing. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of commercial HVAC technical knowledge, 5+ years of customer service experience, and experience supporting the sales team. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills, effective and professional communication and organization, strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation.
