FLOYT Mobility is looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in Cologne, Germany. This on-site role partners with executives and teams to drive strategic HR initiatives, optimize processes, manage recruitment, and oversee payroll interfaces while ensuring compliance with German labor law. You will serve as a trusted sparring partner across the organization, lead HR projects, and manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Key responsibilities: - Strategic HR with enterprise-wide impact; act as a trusted partner to executives, hiring managers, and staff. - HR projects and process optimization; drive initiatives and shape HR processes. - Stakeholder management and advisory across the organization. - Recruiting and talent acquisition: define job profiles, source talent, conduct interviews. - HR operations and administration: onboarding/offboarding, drafting agreements, HR documentation. - HR controlling and payroll interface: maintain HR data and support internal payroll, including DATEV tasks (eAU, A1). - Partner and systems management: manage external vendors, service providers, and HR systems.
Our ideal colleague: - Several years of HR experience, ideally with initial leadership exposure. - High independence and initiative; comfortable owning tasks end-to-end. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Solid HR fundamentals, German labor law knowledge, and familiarity with core payroll procedures (DATEV experience is a plus). - SME and e-commerce mindset; quick decision-making and impact-driven. - Fluency in English and German.
