Taboola is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Global People Operations team in our London office. You will partner with multiple business units across the globe to build foundational HR processes, map workflows, and deliver the tools necessary for employees and leaders to succeed. The immediate focus will be highly operational and systems-oriented: mapping current workflows, building scalable processes, and driving organizational efficiencies within our EMEA Enterprise Sales organization. As you establish these groundwork, the role will expand to strategic advisory, organizational development, and hands-on business partnering. We are looking for a systems- and process-minded professional who embraces AI and automation to elevate HR. You should be comfortable working with data—though you don’t need to be a data scientist—and have experience optimizing systems, piloting productivity tools, and designing HR workflows that free people to focus on higher-impact work. Requirements include 5+ years as an HR Business Partner or HR Operations lead, with at least 1 year partnering directly with Sales, and preferably EMEA experience.
